2020 has been a difficult year for the property sector with the COVID-19 pandemic, and this is set to continue over the months ahead.

Many people continue to work from home or some who have returned to the work environment may potentially have to work from home once again if we move into another period of lock down.

Trending currently is the need to create office space from which to work from home and this will evolve into buyers and tenants looking for their next property to have such an office space readily available.

Whether it be a corner alcove, an under stairs space, a mezzanine area or a dedicated bedroom that can be turned into a home office, these scenarios will need to be factored in when property owners decide to put their property on the market for sale or to let.
